“We attended the Emergency Out Of Hours service at Parc Vetcare today and were so grateful for the care and service provided this evening. The Vet, Vet Nurse and Reception staff all did their best in the situation and we were really pleased with the service provided. I felt listened to as a concerned owner and came away feeling like a valued customer. Really hoping that our dog will make a full and fast recovery.
