It’s arrived!!!!  Your independent, friendly local vet practice is now able to provide dedicated care to your pets 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the provision of OUR VERY OWN OUT OF HOURS and emergency service starting 1st March 2025.

Parc Vetcare is immensely proud to announce the provision of our very own  staffed and dedicated night service on site, so we are here for you whenever you need us.

We know that when your pet is ill or injured, or if they need to stay in for critical care or post operative nursing, you want the reassurance we can care for them right here, day or night.  You will see the same friendly faces, vets and nurses who know you and your pets and a team that is passionate about providing the same level of care and compassion you have come to expect from us.  This is the culmination of hard work and dedication from our staff and a vision we had from the start to make it happen.  We all share a common  desire for outstanding patient care and we have made it our mission to bring it to you.

We also welcome holiday makers  and non registered clients (subject to capacity) – we want to make sure no pet has to wait until morning if they are in pain or in need of treatment.

In recognition of your loyal support and trust in us to provide veterinary care to your special friends, all registered Parc Vetcare clients needing to bring their pets out of hours will additionally receive a £20 voucher which can be redeemed against services and medications at a future visit (T&C’s apply).

All out of hours services are by strict appointment only to ensure we are ready and waiting for you and your pet.  In an acute emergency we may ask you to come straight down and take your details once we have assessed the problem.  We also hope to offer a small number of routine appointments later into the evening and weekend to support working people or those who prefer a quieter time of day.

We are the only practice in the area to provide complete overnight staffed care if your pet needs to be hospitalised on site, twenty four hours a day and we could not have got here without you.

While we hope your pets stay happy and healthy, it is reassuring to know we have it covered when things happen.
