Visiting Practitioners
Ben Walton
Ben has been recognised at the highest level of clinical competence (“Specialist”) by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons since 2015, he has specialised in Orthopaedics since 2010, been “Advanced Practitioner” level since 2007, and performed his first orthopaedic surgery in 2002.
He publishes research articles, develops surgical implants, speaks at international conferences, trains other orthopaedic surgeons and supervises post-graduate students. First and foremost, though, Ben is a vet. He wanted to be one since he can remember.
He loves looking after animals, conversing with their owners, and working as a team with their regular vet.
